1. Wash your Hands
2. Remove the plastic cap
3. Wipe the top
4. Draw air into syringe
5. Pierce the syringe into the vial
6. Hold Vial and withdraw medication
8. Select the site of injection
9. Clean the injection area
10. Insert syringe at 90° angle
11. Retract the needle
